All Sela Forged wheels are fully forged using 6061-T6 Aluminum. Our wheels are precisely manufactured with performance, design, and safety in mind. Every wheel is FEA tested which means wheels leaving our facility are manufactured to SAE, JWL/VIA, and TÜV Standards ensuring safety and integrity. Made in PRC

Our forged blanks are produced using advanced high-pressure forging techniques that compress the aluminum structure at a molecular level. This process eliminates internal porosity and creates a dense, uniform grain structure far superior to cast wheels. The result is a stronger, lighter foundation capable of supporting high-performance and luxury vehicles without compromise.

lathe turning

The early process of the wheels begin with lathe turning. The raw forged aluminum is lathed to create the concavity profile for the wheel where over 70% of the original material is removed. Optimizing concavity and weight reduction.

CNC machining

ACCURACY

The wheels are accurately cut and machined by our high grade CNC machines and machinists. Ensuring a perfect and custom cut of the forged aluminum blanks

quality

Many wheels are manufactured from cast aluminum which is a cheaper and older technology alternative. Forged wheels are cut precisely for maximum strength and weight savings.

design

This is where the wheel design comes to life wether it may be a monoblock or multipiece wheel. Monoblocks being 1-Piece, Multipiece being 2/3-Piece construction.

MILLING

Milling of the wheels is a precise manufacturing technique to maintain maximum strength and weight savings.

finish / Quality control

assembly

Final assembly is made. 2/3-Piece wheels are put together and properly torqued to spec.

quality control check / packaging

Last QC check takes place ensuring proper balance of the wheels along with checking all wheels for any potential defects. Wheels are then properly packaged up and ready to ship internationally
